Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Pindraw application (the "Service") operated by Pindraw ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

License Grant

Pindraw grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or commercial purposes according to the license tier you have purchased.

Free Tier: You may use Pindraw free of charge. Screenshots and recordings will include a watermark.

Paid Tiers (Standard, Pro, Team): Upon purchase, you receive a lifetime license that removes watermarks and provides additional device activations as specified in your tier. This license is valid indefinitely for the version of the software available at the time of purchase and all future updates.

Device Activations

Each license tier includes a specific number of device activations:

  • Free: 1 device
  • Standard: 1 device
  • Pro: 3 devices
  • Team: 10 devices

You may deactivate devices through your account to free up activations for new devices. Your license can be used on both Mac and Windows platforms, with each device counting as one activation.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service without our written permission
  • Rent, lease, or lend your license to third parties
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Share your license key with others
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pindraw and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Pindraw.

User Data

Pindraw is designed with privacy in mind. All screenshots and recordings are saved locally to your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to any content you create using the Service.

Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pindraw, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
